Last night we had some pretty amazing performances. The first game saw Scott Clemens (Saints) put in 33 points and Devante Smith (Resurrection) drop 32 as the Saints got the victory.
Before the night began Steven Jones (Holy Crossover) was in second place in the season’s leading scorer race by roughly 2 points per game (27ppg). After a 64 point scoring barrage he is now in first place by 3 points per game (32.3). Jay Mohr is in second place with 29.1 ppg. In the same game the league’s leading 3-point specialist, Josh Schmalfeldt (Faith) drained a league high 11 from deep for a season total of 32 in only 5 games so far (6.4 3PG). Josh finished with 33 points. We don’t track shooting percentages but my guess is that he shot about 60% for the night. On top of these individual performances Holy Crossover put up a season high 130 points in the victory.
In the final game of the night Jonah Huffman (Believers) demonstrated his shooting expertise by dropping 8 three-pointers for a total of 30 points in a convincing win.
